Service not so good, no one will help you, verry disorganized, long wait after you pay to get your items.

Bad service at its best. Don't even try and use their board and cutting services, rather use Plaza board or any other, not buildersmart. You will weight forever for your goods, worst thing when you follow up, nobody knows how far the job will be completed. But when you do purchase they will lie and say the order will be completed tomorrow or even mention the closest hour just for them to close the deal..

Got an Inverter recently… load shedding is now a thing of the past. This system is upgradable and solar panels can be added at a later stage.

Absolutely fantastic hardware store! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vast selection of products they offer. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a DIY enthusiast, they have everything you could possibly need. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Prices are competitive, and the quality of the products is top-notch. I’ve been to several hardware stores, and this one stands out for both its excellent customer service and the range of supplies available. Highly recommend it for all your hardware and building material needs

I'm satisfied with the service I received. I was given a good quote, although it took like 20 minutes because the lady who was helping me was doing other stuff, I will let it slide as when I ultimately got my question, it was worth the wait.
