My whole family and I try to stay active and healthy, and Virgin Active has become a place we can all enjoy together. The facilities are clean, well maintained and there is a great variety of equipment for different fitness levels. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes it easier to stay motivated and keep coming back. It is especially nice to have a facility where the whole family can work towards a healthier lifestyle together. A very positive experience for us as a family. Keep up the good work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great gym. It is a bit small compared to many other Virgin Active gyms so it has limited equipment and floor space but if the goal is to workout, you will certainly find a way. My biggest qualm is their weekend working hours, the gym closes at 2pm which is a way too early by Virgin Active standards.

As a non-member supporting the Kauai shop for coffee, I was requested to leave the premises as I am not a member😡. Very unimpressed and VERY EMBARRASSING as a Virgin member from our cycling group had to buy my coffee on my behalf. How disappointing. Virgin Active Thornhill, Polokwane will NEVER see me as a member.😡
