Oh my word! I had such a wonderful experience and it was my first time at Lupa in Umhlanga. Lindo welcomed me before I even got to the door and I felt comfortable from then to ask for specials or a comfortable seat. The rest of my stay we were communicating like brother and sister it was amazing, I’m definitely coming back plenty of times and I’ll request Lindo to be my waiter. The restaurant is beautiful and peaceful. All the waiters and waitresses are so nice. Aphiwe involuntarily asked to take pics of me and that’s one experience I’ll never forget. Girls usually hate on each other but she was so kind and thoughtful since I was alone. Thabani also gave me a wonderful experience, I now feel like part of the family and this was only my first tirdt time here! Appreciated.

I visited Lupa Umhlanga during the early dinner rush and was impressed from the moment we arrived. Despite being busy, we only waited about five minutes before being seated, and the staff even put out an extra table to accommodate us. This was my second visit, and what stands out every time is the consistency. The quality of the food is exactly the same on every visit, fresh, and deliciousl. The chefs are incredibly friendly, and the waitstaff are always welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm. The food is absolutely out of this world. The pasta and pizza are some of the best I've ever had, packed with flavor. The only small criticism is that my pasta arrived a little cold, but given how busy the restaurant was, it was understandable and certainly didn't take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend !

6 of us had lunch on Sunday afternoon having liked the menu as we walked past, there was plenty of space. Seats were comfortable. Nice beer, great food (we had a variety of pizzas/pasta) and really friendly service. Pretty good value

I didn't receive the warmest welcome from staff, seemingly because I asked for a takeaway. Nevertheless, my pizza was okay, abundance of toppings, especially cheese. The half portion bolognaise was also fine, unfortunately not on the level of other Lupa's in the country.
