Execptional customer service from start to finish. Quotes were delivered quick, response and updates were always quick. Repairs and sourcing of parts was of a quality that is difficult to find in P.E. A lot of little tweaks to the car that were needed, I didn't even need to ask, which is very appreciated and above and beyond what you expect when you take your car in. Most service centers will throw the part in and call it a day, which is what I experienced when I repaired my rear brakes and clutch. When you receive the car from pops, you can feel the work has been done correctly. Although this won't happen with every little repair, there is a factor of getting what you paid for, which is 100% here. Always transparent, which is something quite hard to find these days. Didn't try to upsell, or source generic parts and upcharge. Car was clean when I got it back, and petrol was at the same level I left it. Next car will come here first time.

Absolutely seamless customer experience. From the initial query in, to the communication through the morning, to collecting = top drawer experience. 1. I was treated like a person and not treated like a job card number. 2. I felt important and the positivity and professionalism of the staff at all levels in the shop was infectious and wore off on me and my day. 3. I must mention some key names in this experience – who just made it next level and showed what a team in alignment can achieve. o Roxy, Cheryl and Nina at the front desk who were greeting customers, booking vehicles in, answering calls and emails, communication in the day etc. = Superb experience o Fred who was the technician = Superb job o Luzuko and Bom in the car wash = Superb experience o Graeme, who explained the process and the job card = Superb experience. I will highly recommend Pop’s, and I will be back.

Took my car in for a service , 10/10 experience, they sent me invoices for any extra work and I could easily accept or decline, Charmaine helped me through the whole process and made it seemless. My car even came back with a wash. I would recommend pops to anyone 🙌🏼

I took my Toyota Hilux in to Pops for a major service. I was extremely happy with all the work that was done. The price was fair, service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle services if it is out of warranty. Thank you Pops. I will be back!

Took my 22 year old fiesta for a service and sliding clutch What a wonderful experience Cheryl delivered a truly wonderful friendly service keeping me informed all the time. Lovely friendly staff and my car humming like a bee. Really recommend Pops
