Amazing service! Gift, Lamick and Leonard are the best. They arrived and got to work right away, and found our leak quickly. They fixed it so neatly and tidied up afterwards. I had been anticipating a big mission, but they assured it would all be fine, and it was. Really friendly, efficient and professional. Highly, highly recommend them. Their office support was also great, reacting to email and calling me to confirm booking.

If there was any way to give more than five stars to Gift and Litha from Absolute Plumbing, I definitely would. They were top notch. A huge thank you to them for the tremendous job they did for us yesterday. From start to finish, they exemplified the highest levels of professionalism, courteousness, customer service, and they really impressed me with their technical knowledge, training, and skills. We were dealing with a suspected leak somewhere unknown in the bathroom... potentially behind a wall or under the tub. We had no idea whether there was even a leak, and -- if so -- where. All we knew was that there was an atypical sound in the bathroom and some water starting to pool on the floor. SO glad we called in Absolute Plumbing, and that Gift and Litha could come by as quickly as they did (we also owe a thanks to the office team of Charmaine and Roxanne for making the call-out happen so quickly, so early in the morning). They explained everything methodically to us, walked us through the acoustic leak detector, then the thermal imaging leak detector, what they looked for when checking our water meter etc. They managed to pinpoint exactly where the leak was coming from: underneath the bathtub...due to a loose / broken valve and an ancient section of pipe that had come apart. Water was gushing out way worse than we had anticipated! Within a short period of time, they'd opened up the section of tile needed to access the plumbing (very cleanly), replaced the faulty bits, closed the leak, and checked and double checked (with the acoustic scanner, the thermal imaging machine, and reading the meter) that there was no more leak and the fix was well and truly done. Then, they cleaned up the entire work area and left the bathroom neat and pristine, even suggesting to us the best way to eliminate any hidden moisture / damp under the floorboards. At our request, they checked incoming pressure on the cold and hot water lines, inspected a few faucets we were also worried about, and gave us a clean bill of health after a very thorough investigation. All in all, we could not have imagined better service! We recommend them highly and thank them for their exceptional work.
