Plum Plumbers responded very quickly to my emergency call when I experienced a burst geyser after hours over a weekend. I was very impressed with the service provided from start to finish! Fanuel explained everything being done which was very reassuring and Jason was great at keeping in touch with updates during the process!

I had an excellent experience with Joseph and Team 1 from Plum Plumbers. They responded quickly to my call and handled a completely blocked toilet situation with professionalism and efficiency. Joseph and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They explained the issue in simple terms, got straight to work, and resolved the problem much faster than I expected. Everything was left clean and working perfectly afterwards. A big thanks as well for the helpful tips on how to maintain everything and prevent future blockage, really appreciated! It’s not often you find such reliable and courteous service. Highly recommend Joseph and Team 1 if you’re looking for plumbers who truly know what they’re doing. 5 stars all the way!

Fanual was fantastic! He arrived very quickly in an emergency after hours, and was efficient and thorough. He also explained everything to us in great detail, and came up with a good solution to the problem. He also came back three more times in less than a day to make sure everything was properly sorted out and working well. Thank you Fanual!
