I’ve had a really great experience with MyRunway. Their delivery is fast, and I really appreciate their communication. If there’s ever a delay, they let me know, and when a refund is due, it’s processed within the promised timeframe. Outstanding Customer Experience with Leah from MyRunway I had to email customer support to notify them of a collection delay, and Leah responded promptly. She immediately escalated my query to the courier company and kept in touch with regular follow-ups to check if the parcel had been fetched. Even though the courier missed my scheduled return collection twice, Leah stayed on top of it until the parcel was safely picked up on Monday. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. I really appreciate her fantastic service and proactive communication!
