We had an issue with our irrigation. We called the One & Only reliable Schmidhauser. Liam and his team were professional and polite. They quickly did their checks and fixed the issue. We have used Schmidhauser many times now and I can honestly say I Love this company! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services ♥️

Electrical department Outstanding service from start to finish! I recently had the Schmidhauser Electrical team come out to install a geyser timer in my flat, and I am utterly impressed with the level of service I received. Wesley, Daniel, and Faseeg are an absolute credit to the company. From the moment they arrived, they were exceptionally professional, polite, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and top-tier customer care truly stood out and made the whole experience seamless. It is rare to experience service this good from start to finish. Our experience with Schmidhauser was mixed, and ultimately I would choose another company for future work. We received a quote for electrical work that was approximately 3x higher than two comparison quotes we obtained for the same scope of work. We did proceed with Schmidhauser for plumbing, but were disappointed by the amount of damage caused to our walls during the work, as well as the manner in which the team conducted themselves in our home. We also had concerns regarding the electrical compliance work carried out for the previous owner of our home. Schmidhauser issued the relevant CoCs before we took ownership, but after moving in we identified a number of issues that required attention and did not appear to be compliant. Overall, based on our experience, I would recommend getting comparison quotes and considering other electrical and plumbing companies before proceeding with Schmidhauser.

This company did several jobs on my home. The beginning was good but somewhere along the line they simply could not rectify their own fault in the installation of lights on the outside part of my house. The Director, Daniel slammed the phone down in my ear and told me they can’t assist me any further. The fault finding (of theirs) was never rectified, never fixed, never compensated for! My house continues to trip! I paid my entire bill but was credited for the outstanding bill for “fault finding” which was not mine in the first place. Rates are unreasonably HIGH, above standard, with NO professionalism at all! Since this, I have heard of numerous complaints from other clients with regard to tripping issues! **Do not use them! ** I have had to hire another electrical company who have reported and showed me the below average work executed. There is water in the units used, the cables are exposed and more! My house was totally rewired and to date, I still await my certificate! Just bad all round!

Their emailing system is so fast and efficient. You can ask them about any enquiry and they will answer in a day or two. This is so great because most companies you email do not even check their emails and answers only come around after weeks. Schmidhauser is the way to go!
