I recently purchased a NOCTA Nike Drake jacket online as a gift for my husband. Unfortunately, when I gave it to him four days later, we realised that it was too big. I contacted Lemkus to ask whether it would be possible to exchange it in-store instead of going through the online return process. Riyana was incredibly accommodating and immediately responded that my husband could exchange it in-store, with absolutely no hassle. When he went into the store, he was assisted by Carlo, who provided such an amazing customer experience. The entire process was smooth, friendly and effortless from start to finish. Excellent and fast service. Placed an order on Saturday chose the wrong size by mistake. I phoned them early monday morning informing about the incorrect size they changed it to the correct size and my order is ready for collection today which is Tuesday and a day after i corrected my size. Mind u im in Plettenberg bay. I'm impressed and blown away. Thank you thank you thank you. Happy customer from Plett.
