Kabelo from W12 today was really helpful! Please acknowledge him from the company as he waited by my car for 30 minutes while the boot was open in Norwood! Had a smile on his face and was super professional!

I was at the Neighbour Goods shopping centre and my car couldn't start. I approached the CAP security team who readily assisted me by jump starting my battery. They were kind, professional and courteous; a real asset to the community. Thank you for your assistance.

Very disappointing service from CAP. After a break-in, I have spent eight months requesting alarm logs and a meeting with management, with no meaningful response. They were quick to sign me up but have been unavailable when support was actually needed. I am now considering cancelling.

While we were away a fire started in our garage (solar system). CAP arrived within minutes, with its fire brigade. Without them we could have lost our home and vehicles.

CAP are incompetent or criminal. Despite documented evidence of communications and one year having passed since elderly parent leaving the property they are giving one month refund. Do NOT use this company!
