Thank you to scp company especially Mr Noel Ribisi for being there for me when I was in a smash and grab incident that occurred on the 19th May in beyers Naude and Judith leading to crashing on the other car. I was so alone and scared.l and unsafe at night. Until Mr Ribisi showed up and reassured me that i am in safe hands. You are my hero. He stood by me , helped call my family and waited until my family arrived. I really felt safe with him. I really appreciate everything and the work you do for the community. Thank you so much.

I recently had an interaction with Michael John from SCP Security, and I feel it’s important to share how outstanding his service was. Previously, I had contacted the company to enquire about their services, but unfortunately the experience was so poor that I completely lost interest. That experience doesn’t even compare to the level of service Michael provided. He assisted both my mom and me with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and patience. After buying the house which was under SCP security, we felt it was appropriate to continue with them.We made the arrangements that once we move in, the technical team will come to assist us with new set up however it took three weeks with them promising to come but never came as such we decided to go with another active provider on our street. Two weeks after doing that SCP personal showed up with a shears that they need to remove their equipment since we did not sign up with themes such we granted the access and he continued to go ahead and cut off the wires, to retrieve the box, On his way out he released that the box he just outdoes not belong to them, by then he had already cut off the wires, did have any other tools to reinstall ,he just left the box and left We called the office to alert theme are still waiting, we had to wait the whole weekend without the security cover. This was just a terrible service:to proper follow to sign up as new client, then coming to sabotage the security connection we had -cut the wires with shears ,not even uninstalling the box so that it can easy to be reinstall but sever the cables, very unethical and unproffesional
