The waiter was very welcoming and explained the menu well. But then there was a lack of space and the manager had asked for us to move to accommodate another table. But then they started smoking the hookah pipe and we are not smokers. I personally believe that people who wish to smoke need to smoke out in the open or in an area of their own away from non smokers regardless of what is being smoked.

We ordered two pizzas today. A pepperoni and a margherita and I’m still trying to figure out how this place confidently serves something flatter than a wrap and calls it pizza. There was no base, no crust, no structure literally - nothing. Just a limp, floppy excuse that looked like it lost the will to live somewhere between the freezer aisle and the oven. Thats exactly what this looked and tasted like. A frozen pizza thrown into a fire and dressed up as “restaurant quality.” Embarrassing doesn’t even begin to cover it. The manager. Completely useless. No accountability, no effort to resolve the situation. If you’re running a restaurant, basic customer service isn’t optional. Learn how to handle complaints properly. Go for proper training. Your manager is going to cost you a pretty penny. I actually told him I felt embarrassed for the brand because serving food like this and charging people for it is honestly shameful. It's straight-up day light robbery. Save your money. Pathetic, shameful and utterly embarrassing. 0/10 Update: I have messaged that link on the owners response. Waiting to hear feedback. Response sent on the 28th April at 11:40am.

The food was cheap crap that was basicly refrigerated items from checkers and for the price we should not be getting that, the service was horrible, we literally had to go to the bar and ask him to make our drink order which was just sitting on the counter while the barman was just doing his own thing twiddling his thumbs. I'll never go to tigers milk again. It's over priced for the quality and the service is horrible. Both at Umhlanga and pavilion.

Good food, good vibes, really enjoyed the atmosphere. Summer time is great outside and winter is best inside. Price to quality ratio of food is tops.
